My 60 Minute Lifestyle Secrets
On the 27th of May, 2008, you and I will be impacted significantly.
You see, the 27th of May, 2008, marks my first year anniversary with my wife, Joey and we’re gonna be celebrating in a big way.

On a deeper, personal level, it also marks the successful end of my private ‘experiment’, living what I call the “60 Minute Lifestyle”.
Ever since I turned full time dad, I’ve been ‘working hard’ at slashing my time spent on the computer. After much trial and error, I’ve finally perfected a system that still allows me to generate a six figure income a month, working no more than 60 minutes a day.
This is a far cry from my original work schedule of 3-5 hours a day.
Looking at the pic below, I think it’s pretty obvious why I have no wish to be glued to the computer.

I still haven’t gotten to living the 4 Hour Workweek, but I profess to being rather content with my 6 Hour Workweek.
I’m not bragging, but many of my buddies, like Matt Bacak, Patric Chan and others are all astonished at how I don’t seem to ‘work’ at all and still maintain a high level of income.
While my 60 minute lifestyle may seem rather baffling to those not in the ‘know’, it’s really my contention that literally ANYONE can live the 60 minute lifestyle as long as they follow the principles I outline below.
60 Minute Lifestyle Secret #1: Understand that time management, is really life management. As Peter Drucker said, “You cannot manage time; you can only manage yourself.
60 Minute Lifestyle Secret #2: You cannot save time. You can only spend it differently. Reallocation of time from non-revenue generating activities to activities of your highest value is an absolute must.
60 Minute Lifestyle Secret #3: The quality of your time management determines the quality of your life.
60 Minute Lifestyle Secret #4: You will NEVER get caught up. There will ALWAYS be something more to do.
60 Minute Lifestyle Secret #5: Individuals who concentrate on activities that have no potential significance to their life or work will always be shackled to mediocrity.
60 Minute Lifestyle Secret #6: There are only 4 ways to change your life. You can do completely new things, more of certain things, less of certain things or stop doing altogether.
60 Minute Lifestyle Secret #7: No one is smarter or better than you. All things being equal, people more well off than you have just figured out the right things to do, in the right way, and are doing them over and over again.
If you implement any of these 7 secrets that I’ve just outlined, you WILL be able to achieve a lot more, doing less.
And if you like what I’ve just shared, I’ve got great news for you, and this is gonna be completely private between me and my subscribers only. No ‘outsiders’ involved.
To celebrate my first wedding anniversary on the 27th of May, for the first time ever, I will be allowing 39 lucky individuals a one time opportunity to walk away with an exact, carbon copy of the ‘freedom machines’ that fuel my 60 minute lifestyle.
I call it the “60 Minutes To Freedom System”.
This is true ‘player material’ and is not gonna be cheap.
It’s Neiman Marcus time, but as you’ll discover, well worth more than every single penny as your newfound freedom is really priceless.
This is stuff I have NEVER shared with anyone else. Not even my close buddies. My wife has an ‘idea’ on how it works, but even she doesn’t know the true mechanics of it.
This opportunity will go LIVE at exactly 12 pm Eastern Standard Time on the 27th of May, 2008, and I sincerely hope you’ll be lucky enough to be one of the 39.

Hi Jo Han,
Thanks for sharing the great pictures with us and I see why time management is important
to you as it allows you to spend more time with your family and at the same time,
does not effect your online residual income.
The 7 Lifestyle Secrets were an eye-opener.
Kind regards,

Jo Han,
I agree with your 7 Secrets. For the past 10 days I tried to change my time management by setting a timer for 30 minutes and working on a particular part of my to do list and stopping at the end of 30 minutes to go on to the next. I FAILED MISERABLY. I am so far behind in life it’s ridiculous. I am paying for a coach and have failed to put into practice what I agree to do. I am going to start fresh today. I am beginning by cleaning up my office and will again set the timer. Thank you.

thank you for reminding us your priceless lifestyle secret. In my opinion , all the mentioned points are easy to know but it is hardly to work out because of forgetful human behavior.

GREAT post - I especially love #4, because it is the truth. I have a constant struggle with my hubby over this - he is always asking if I am ‘done’ or ‘caught up’ - and the bottom line is that doing what I do for a living means that there are ALWAYS ‘things’ to do - walking away from the office simply means that I am done with what I want or need to do at that moment.
I look forward to hearing more on your new program. Life is short, as I have learned the hard way, having lost most of my family early in my life. Every day is precious, and I want to make the most of my time here

Jo Han,
I want to take this opportunity to thank you. Since you invited me as your partner in profits, my “Make Money Online” experience had never been better.
The best was when I made USD$1600 under 24hrs promoting your product using the very basic internet marketing technique. The truth is bro, I was really in need of money during that time and you somehow saved me. For your info that was my 1st sale and it really put me in the twilight zone for a while.LOL.
Ever since, I’ve been reading your articles and what can I say… Today’s article, is just like you, always motivating. I appreciate it.
Thanks again bro.
Best regards,

ps,
Since we live in the same country, care to sit at the local “kopitiam” for a cup of tea?

I have bought your stuff before..yes, the really expensive stuff…and had little or no results. Why should I listen…
I want in but last time I tried, it nearly sent me under…how can it be different this time?

Thanks a lot Jo Han, there’s much more value in these 7 lifestyle secrets than most people will understand…
They have to be lived through people’s eyes, in the now, of the future. Then the ‘pathway’ will be completely different. And… until I’ve recently understood this, my life has stayed stagnant. Since the realization however, everything has begun to change.
I appreciate them much,
Seth Chong

Congratulation Jo Han and Joey on your coming wedding anniversary.
I’ deeply immersed in my “work” and couldn’t vision what I’ll do there’s only 1 hour of it everyday…
However, as much as I enjoyed what I’m doing…
I wouldn’t know what exciting experience life has in store for me beyond the numerous mysterious backlane if I keep doing what I do.
#6 seems to sum things up, I may choose to do less of what I do now So that I could do some completely new things.
Exploring the labyrinth of life journey couldn’t have come at a better time than now.
Gee, what new perspective on time I had just by reading a blog post.
I’m staying tuned to what you’re unveiling next.
Cheers

Hi folks:
Thanks for the encouraging comments.
The 60 Minutes To Freedom System is gonna be nothing like you’ve ever seen and is radically different from everything else out there.
Anyway…I wanted to join in the fun and chip in on Joey’s use of the ‘timer’. Using an egg timer is pretty much standard practice in ‘time management’ textbooks.
However, I don’t personally use the egg timer or consciously ‘time’ myself.
I hope this doesn’t sound contradictory, but when I talk about the 60 Minute Lifestyle, I don’t actually work exactly 60 minutes a day.
Sometimes I work a whole lot less, (or don’t work at all)
Sometimes, I’m work up to 2 hours.
The point is, there really isn’t a mafia squad standing over your shoulder while you work, waiting to penalize you if you work for more than 6o minutes a day.
Nor is there a need for Joey to feel like a failure simply because his egg timer went off before he got his stuff wrapped up.
Here’s what you wanna bear in mind.
1. Imposing a time limit on a low paying, mundane activity only forces you to move faster, PHYSICALLY. It doesn’t change the nature of activity. Moving faster, only makes you faster.
2. Dramatic increases in productivity and income are a result of changing the NATURE of the activities and the ratio of involvement.
Understanding this, is your key to grasping the essence of the 60 Minute Lifetstyle.
Concentrating on your highest value activity and minimizing all other distractions, that’s what it’s all about.
When I work, it’s INTENSE.
And the collorary of intense work, is LONGER rest periods. The longer you rest, the more you get to recharge your batteries and be able to perform at your peak when the next hour of power comes along.
To fully graps this principle, I recommend taking look at the work of Mike Mentzer and Author Jones on high intensity training. (Do a google search)
These guys were phenomenal, renegade bodybuilders who advocated training a whole lot less, at high intensity, resting for unusually LONG periods, and actually having a LIFE.
This was in diametric opposition to the ‘gym rat’ culture where the muscleheads would literally ‘camp’ out in the gym.
Mike Mentzer passed away a couple of years ago, and till date, is still one of the most controversial figures in bodybuilding.
Was he right? Well, snoop around for his pictures, examine his writing and make your decision.
Either way, I hope this sets you thinking. I’m ready for the barrage of flames coming my way. : - )

Mike Mentzer died early in life due to steroid and anabolic hormone abuse.
What is phenomenal about that!!!
Sure his and arthurs principles work but he would not have built anywhere near the body he did without the help of illegal drugs and risk to his health. So these theories can only help so much as with most things in life.
Of course cheating by taking drugs in body building and other sports gets you there faster but there are always side effects.
I dont wish to offend but I have a lot of knowledge in this area being an active research biochemist.

You have a beautiful family and no wonder you’d want to spend as much time as possible with them!
Even a 20 hour work week sounds fine to me! Imagine being able to work only 4 hours a day for 5 days and yet earn a 4 figures every month…. sure you can’t have the opulent lifestyle like those of kings and queens but very much sufficient to live a good life with time for yourself as well as for your family!
I am looking forward to what you have in store for us… I definitely would not mind a few of these 60 minutes freedom machines working for me.
Thanks for sharing such warm loving pictures of your family.

With that being said, we’re on the same launch time with different products. Will see what you have to offer though, I’m in need of good life management principles.

Jo Han, why are you still working so hard??
If you are making ‘up to $500k a month’ from your businesses, you should be resting at home all day long. Or if you were the charitable type, you would be helping the less fortunate after spending hours with your wife, son, and other dear ones.
And can anybody tell me - why we still have not come across any Internet Marketeer making to the list of top 100 richest people on Earth when so many of these ‘gurus’ have claimed that they are making tons of $$$ a day.
Anybody??
