So who exactly is Mr Y?

Clue #1: Mr Y is NOT Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Dan Kennedy, Richard Branson, Ted Nicholas, Gary Halbert, Ted Ciuba, Ted Thomas, Yanik Silver, Corey Rudl, Ewen Chia or Jo Han Mok.
Clue #2: Mr Y loves to wear blue jeans
Clue #3: Mr Y owns a multi-million dollar company, which has it’s headquarters in what was formerly a hospital
